End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using the software. By installing or using Sheet Merger Pro you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use this software on one (1) personal computer for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

Do not copy, modify or distribute this software or any portion of it
Do not sell, sublicense, rent or lend it to any third party
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it
Do not share your license key with any other person or entity
Do not use it for any unlawful purpose

3. License Key and Term

Your license key is tied to the email address used at purchase. Annual licenses are valid for 12 months. Lifetime licenses have no expiry. Upon expiry of an annual license you must purchase a renewal to continue use.

4. Ownership

This software is licensed, not sold. Sheet Merger Pro retains all intellectual property rights. No title to the intellectual property transfers to you.

5. No Warranty

This software is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. You assume the entire risk of using the software.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sheet Merger Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

7. No Refunds

Due to the immediate digital delivery of a license key upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are provided once a key has been issued. If you experience a technical issue contact sheetmergerpro@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

8. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the software.
