Short version: We only store your email address to deliver your license key. Your files never leave your computer. We collect nothing else.
1. What We Collect
Email address — collected at purchase to deliver your license key. We never receive your payment card details.
License data — your email and license key are stored locally on your computer at ~/.smp_license.json. This never leaves your machine.
No usage data — we collect zero analytics, telemetry or crash reports of any kind.
2. Your Files
All files you process stay entirely on your local machine. We have no access to your files or their contents. Nothing is ever sent to any external server.
3. How We Use Your Email
- Delivering your license key after purchase
- Responding to support requests you initiate
- Sending important product updates (opt out anytime)
We do not sell, rent or share your email address with any third party under any circumstances.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Gumroad as our payment processor. Their privacy policy governs data collected during purchase. See gumroad.com/privacy.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting: sheetmergerpro@gmail.com
6. Security
License keys are cryptographically signed using HMAC-SHA256. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
